About the portal
A professional information portal for hearing care
Audience and purpose
An information portal for hearing aid center staff and related professionals, bringing together news, evidence, products and marketing data for research and comparison.
- Noncommercial information sharing
- No product sales or consultation referrals · No creation or promotion of fabricated testimonials
- No retail hearing aid prices · Official benefit prices are public reimbursement decision prices
Available information
Domestic news, research, reports and guidelines, hearing aid reviews, imports, search keywords, registered centers, NAVER Place rankings, hearing aid models and phone compatibility. Related sites link to manufacturers and professional institutions.
Partnerships and feedback
Use the dedicated email in the footer for partnership inquiries. Approved members can send private service feedback, visible only to the author and administrator.
Membership guide
NAVER account · Affiliated center · Administrator approval
Application and approval
Verify your NAVER account, select your affiliated center from the registered center directory and submit an application. Membership features become available after administrator approval.
- One approved NAVER account per center
- Select an existing center using its name and address
- Check application and approval status in My account
Access
Menu landing pages are public. Subsequent searches, filters, page changes and detailed functions generally require approved membership or administrator access.
- Hearing aid master: public lists, search, filters, sorting and pagination; member-only model details
- Related sites and service guide: fully public
- Feedback: approved members can send messages and view their own history
- AI center recommendations (Coming soon): administrator preview
Account changes and withdrawal
An administrator manually changes the account linked to a center. A new application does not automatically replace an existing approved account.
Withdraw membership from My account after final confirmation. The center link is released, and rejoining requires a new application and approval.
AI and content operations
Source collection · AI processing · Validated results
Collection and updates
Cloud jobs update news, research and market data using configured sources, queries and collection rules. Check the schedule and publication or collection date on each screen. Some material, including official benefit prices and new reviews, is processed on administrator command.
AI writing and checks
AI supports research summaries, translations and hearing aid review synthesis. Processing uses source material, writing criteria and saved validation results. Existing published content remains available when errors or processing limits delay an update.
Fixed rules, APIs and parsers also handle collection, classification and statistics. Administrators control membership approval, blocking and manual collection.
Sources, reuse and corrections
News, research, statistics and compatibility information identify their sources and reference dates. Hearing aid reviews synthesize collected expert and user material.
Information sharing does not grant unlimited rights to reproduce external texts, images or translations. Check the source’s terms for reuse.
Approved members can send corrections through Feedback with the material name and page address.
Account and data
Stored information · Purpose · Retention and withdrawal
Information and purpose
The portal stores your NAVER email and unique identifier, selected center, application and approval status for identification, center account linking, membership processing and access control.
Login, logout and page-view records may contain member and center information, paths, content identifiers and timestamps. Feedback stores the message, author, center and sending/read times. Feedback is visible only to its author and administrators; membership and activity records follow account-management permissions.
Retention and authentication
Membership, applications, center links and feedback are retained while the account is in use. Administrators can view the most recent 90 days of activity; older activity is removed progressively by scheduled cleanup.
Member sessions last up to 14 days and administrator sessions up to 8 hours. Logout and withdrawal end the relevant sessions. The portal does not collect or store your NAVER password.
NAVER authenticates members, Google authenticates administrators, and Cloudflare processes the service and data. Application notifications are emailed to the administrator. Daily browser visit counts are separate from member accounts. Your browser stores a random visitor identifier and UI language preference, which can be cleared through browser site-data settings.
Withdrawal and deletion
Final confirmation removes the member identifier, email, applications, approval records, center link, member sessions, activity and feedback submitted under that NAVER member identity from the portal database. Registered centers, hearing aid models, public content and separate visit aggregates remain.
Previously delivered application emails are managed separately in the recipient’s inbox. Portal withdrawal does not delete your NAVER account; you can separately disconnect the service in NAVER’s connected-service settings.
